More Education Questions & Commentary. Remember that questions are tools that can open the floodgates of understanding. Perception is reality. The tone in which you ask a question can determine how it is responded to. The answer you receive might not be the one you are looking for. Be tenacious in your search for information. Engage with people asking questions. Someone asking, “How can we do better?” is probably better to work with than someone who is content with the way things are. Asking open questions doesn’t mean that you’ll receive vague answers. It is usually an excellent way to open up a productive dialog, working towards a solution.
